Tailors Kart Returns Policy
At Tailors Kart, we are committed to providing the highest quality tailoring materials—including lining materials, sewing threads, saree falls, Aari materials, and tailoring machine accessories. As a trusted manufacturer and wholesaler, we understand how important it is to deliver exactly what you ordered.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if the following conditions are met and a complete unboxing video is provided:
1. Incorrect Product Delivered: If the product received is not what you ordered, please report the issue within 5 days of delivery. The claim must be supported by an unboxing video showing the parcel being opened clearly from sealed condition to item verification.
2. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 5 days. A clear unboxing video is required to support your claim, showing the damage or defect as the parcel is opened.
3. Shortage in Shipment: Any quantity shortage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. A full unboxing video showing the parcel opening and item count is mandatory.
4. Product Not as Described: If the product differs significantly from the description provided on our website (e.g., incorrect size, type, or color), a return request can be made within 5 days, supported by an unboxing video.

No claims will be entertained without a proper unboxing video.
To be eligible for any return or refund, a continuous, unedited video showing the parcel being opened from its sealed state to full content verification is compulsory. This helps us process your claims fairly and quickly, and protects both parties against misuse.
Non-Eligible Items for Return
- Used, cut, altered, or damaged items after delivery.
- Custom-manufactured or specially processed bulk orders.
- Color or texture differences due to screen/display settings.
- Return requests raised after 5 days of delivery.
- Claims without an unboxing video.
Return Process
1. Contact our support team at [support@tailorskart.com] or call [Customer Service Number] with your order ID.
2. Share the unboxing video and a detailed explanation of the issue.
3. After review, we will confirm return eligibility and coordinate pickup or return instructions.
4. Once returned goods are received and verified, a refund, replacement, or store credit will be processed accordingly.
Refunds
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection. They will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
Important Notes
- Original invoice and packaging must be included in all returns.
- Tailors Kart reserves the right to reject returns that do not follow the policy or lack required proof.
- For wholesale orders or large quantities, all claims are subject to Tailors Kart’s quality control approval.
